Metered Plan Terms
StreamingFast is the developer and owner of a proprietary software platform which provides sophisticated and reliable APIs to support developers building applications on the blockchain, as well as unique solutions including (but not limited to) StreamingFast™ and StreamingFast API™ (collectively the “Services”).
By upgrading your subscription to the metered plan (the “Plan”) in the StreamingFast portal located at app.streamingfast.io (the “Portal”), you (“Customer”) are agreeing to be bound by the terms stated herein (the “Terms” or the “Subscription Order Form”). If Customer is using the Plan for an organization, Customer is agreeing to the Terms on behalf of that organization.
By using or accessing the Services, Customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated herein, including any changes, additional terms, rules and conditions issued by StreamingFast from time to time. If, at any time, Customer does not or cannot agree to these Terms, Customer must stop accessing or using the Services.
This Subscription Order Form is entered into as of the date accepted by Customer in the Portal (the “Effective Date”). Upon accepting these Terms by the Customer, this Subscription Order Form shall become legally binding unless this Subscription Order Form is rejected by StreamingFast.
Customer will be invoiced on a calendar month basis for overage charges beyond the included consumption amounts. These overage charges will be calculated based on the actual consumption for the preceding month and will be included in the invoice for the subsequent month. For the first calendar month, overages will be calculated as of the Effective Date for that period.
Prices are quoted in USD. Payments are expected by credit card upon receipt of Customer invoice.
This agreement does not include additional support except from what we generally offer to the community on Discord.
Neither party shall use the other party's marks, codes, drawings or specifications without the prior written permission of the other party.
Customer agrees to reasonably cooperate with StreamingFast to serve as a reference account upon request.
This Subscription Order Form incorporates by reference and the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the StreamingFast Terms of Service (“Terms of Services”) available at https://www.streamingfast.io/terms-of-service. To the extent that the terms of this Subscription Order Form conflict with terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Services, this Subscription Order Form will govern and control.
The Customer has caused this Subscription Order Form to be executed on its behalf by its duly authorized representative and agrees that this Subscription Order Form may be signed electronically, including through Dropbox Sign and similar applications, and that execution in such manner (including by email transmission or transmission over an electronic signature platform) is as valid, enforceable and binding as if the original signature was delivered in person.
The Supplier shall route the products offered in this Subscription to The Graph Decentralized Network (the “Network”) within thirty (30) days after equivalent functionality becomes available on the Network.
